Rottger Chiropractic

Hello

Welcome! I’m Dr. Rachel Rottger, a Chiropractor based in North Vancouver, BC.

My background includes a bachelors degree in physical education (B.Kin) with a focus on sport performance, experience coaching athletes in strength and conditioning, and a history of competitive weightlifting.

I assess, diagnose, treat, and manage neuromusculoskeletal conditions. The care I provide is individualized and guided by how you respond, with a focus on making meaningful, measurable progress.

My goal is to help you feel better, get (and keep) you moving better, and to support an active, sustainable lifestyle.

What does a typical appointment look like?

Our initial 60-minute visit includes an extensive patient history to identify contributing factors of how your symptoms developed, which orients me for a thorough biomechanical assessment. This provides context so we can build a clear and efficient plan to address the reason(s) for your visit.

Regardless of your activity levels, the care you receive will meet you where you are and be tailored to your goals. Your treatment plan will include personalized options based on your comfort and goals.

Depending on your needs, appointments may include:

  • Extensive history during the initial exam

  • Movement assessment and analysis during the initial exam or telehealth movement screen

  • Report of findings – explaining what we found

  • Treatment recommendations – a path of options will be presented

  • Injury recovery and rehab exercises – giving you strategies to improve your function

  • Strength and mobility coaching – once you’re out of the acute phases of care, these practical cues and exercises are intended for long-term results
